If you are driving to see me there is pay and display parking outside the media centre and also to rear (the market place carpark). An alternative is to park in the Kingsgate shopping center carpark (about 5 minutes walk away from the Media Centre. From the carpark, walk straight into the shopping center to the main entrance (it has a porch over it). As you step outside, immediately right (this is cross church street). Walk to the end of this road and you will be faced with a church, go to the right of the church and take the immediate left (you'll now be in effect, walking along the side of the church and little park (this is Lord street). At the end of the little park, you'll be at a little cross roads.. keep going straight over, at the end of this road where it meets another cross roads, you'll see the media centre opposite. If you happen to be coming in by train, as you step outside the station, walk down to the road at the bottom, sticking to the left hand side of the square. continue down the road (Northumberland street) and you'll come to the media centre on your left (its about 3 minutes from the station).
When you arrive, There's no need whatsoever to give your name to the receptionist on the desk, or even to mention your there to see myself. Make yourself comfortable in the reception area or even in the media centre cafe. I will come and find you at the start of your appointment. Occasionally sessions
can run over time a little bit so please be patient if there is
any delay. I will extend you the same courtesy should you need a little extra time during a session.
Please note that I do not offer a drop in service. Appointments must be arranged with me, via email or phone beforehand.
